Generations Working Together is excited to be visiting Dunfermline to deliver our intergenerational training course which is open to anyone who would like to learn more about intergenerational work and how to use an intergenerational approach.
Please note the price of £35 (as of the 13th June the fee has increased to £40) will include 4hrs CPD accreditation. Lunch will be provided.
The training is split into three sections:
1. An introduction to Intergenerational Practice
2. Bringing generations together
3. Planning and evaluating Intergenerational Practice
Alison Clyde, National Development Manager will be the trainer for the day. Alison has worked with Generations Working Together for the past 6 years and has a wealth of knowledge around intergenerational practice. Alison’s role includes managing and developing all aspects of the Generations Working Together programme including developing and supporting 30 local intergenerational networks across Scotland and co-translating and drafting the new International Certificate on Intergenerational Learning (online course). Over the past five years Alison has also been busy volunteering as a board trustee for Deafblind Scotland and Town Break (a small local dementia charity). Alison’s has over 20 years of management experience working for the private, public and voluntary sectors.
