‘Collaborating Towards an Age-Friendly Northern Ireland’

The ARK Ageing Programme and Linking Generations Northern Ireland invite you to this event, which will take place on Tuesday 7th October, 09.30 to 16:00 in the Banqueting Hall, Belfast City Hall.

During the event, practitioners will discuss their experience of intergenerational and age-friendly working across Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England. This will inform the policy forum exploring how Northern Ireland can learn best from these approaches.

The ARK Ageing Programme’s first visiting fellow, Dr Nancy Henkin from Temple University, Philadelphia will be a key contributor to the day. Policy influencers and those interested in the concept of age-friendly will be able to benefit from a full day of discussions with these internationally recognised expert practitioners.

If you are unable to attend, please consider sending an organisational representative, as we are optimistic that this workshop is just the beginning.
