Could you help #DecodeDementia?

90,000 people in Scotland live with dementia and it is likely that most of us will know someone who has it – that’s why it is so important that people of all ages are dementia aware.

Alzheimer Scotland and Young Scot have teamed up to run a day long workshop event on Saturday 10th October 2015 for 30 young people aged 14-21. We want to explore your experiences, thoughts and opinions on dementia. This is your chance to think creatively, shaping your ideas into practical solutions that have the potential to be used by Alzheimer Scotland in a large national charity campaign.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and imaginative young people who want to make Scotland a better place for people with dementia and those affected by it.

Curious?
You don’t have to have any previous knowledge or experience to get involved! If you’re enthusiastic and eager to make a difference, we’d love to work with you! It’s also a great opportunity for young people who have an interest in working in marketing or the media.
