Stockbridge intergenerational film project - Launch event

Stockbridge, from LifeCare Edinburgh, is a heart-warming intergenerational film project made possible with funding from the Big Lottery and Inverleith Neighbourhood Partnership.

With the help of Media Education, the memories and anecdotes of Stockbridge residents who grew up here between 1920 and 1960 have been transformed into contemporary cinema by local schoolchildren.

The launch event will take place on Friday 23rd from 2pm-3.30pm, at the George Young Hall, LifeCare, Edinburgh.

The film will be accompanied by an exhibition of Stockbridge’s history, a children’s craft area and of course- tea and cake!

The event is free to all. Film premiere attire optional!
