Staying connected.

As part of our COVID response we are holding two virtual Care Home Representative Meetings
We are inviting all Care Homes to join us. Whether you have been involved in Intergenerational projects before or would simply like to join us to learn more.
This is an opportunity to hear some positive and inspiring stories from Care Homes that are staying connected with younger generations and ideas on how to reconnect.
We will discuss What is an Intergenerational Project? and how to engage and stay connected in the current climate. Where to find help, support, and to hear about some of our activities and resources.
