Online discussion: The challenges of intergenerational work
Wednesday 13th March 2024, 3:00pm - 4:00pm
The challenges of intergenerational work:
As an emerging field, it is important that we acknowledge and explore the negative impact, as well as the positive impact, that might come from intergenerational work.
This is session two of an on going discussion exploring the challenges that we may face as intergenerational practitioners.
Join this informal discussion as we explore what the challenges may look like and what we should have in place as good practice, to mitigate the risks. During the session we will explore the development of a ‘Risk Register’ i.e. all the things that should be thought about prior to generations coming together.
The first session arose from an incident highlighted by Laura Taylor from Active Stirling. You can read about it in the GWT Blog
