This online webinar delivered in partnership with Bayer AG, explores both research and practice regarding the changing nature of the multi-generational workforce and how an intergenerational approach can be applied to the workplace to maximise the potential of every generation.
The session will include the following speakers:
- Doctor Heather Emond, University of Stirling, who is going to share her current research on changing working practices.
- The 2025 winners of the GWT Intergenerational Workplace Excellence Award, Karen March and Lana Turnbull from Fife Sports & Leisure Trust, who are dedicated to building an inclusive, intergenerational workplace.
- Lorraine George, from Generations Working Together, who will be exploring why intergenerational prgrammes contribute towards building an age inclusive workplace culture.
- Michèle Dennison, an independent practitioner and strategist working at the intersection of ageing, longevity and the future of work. She also works closely with ProAge on research and employer case studies.
