  • Bringing Generations Together for Climate Action: learning from Nepal and Uganda watch the HelpAge International's webinar
  • and find out about the work of Reach One Teach One Ministries (ROTOM) and Karamoja Youth Efforts to Save Environment (KAYESE), Karamoja Agropastoralist Development Programme (KADP) in Uganda and Social Organisation District Coordination Committee (SODC) in Nepal
  • Generational Misunderstandings, begins with 4 case studies of generational misunderstandings that have happened e.g. inadvertent racism and racial profiling, sexism and a presentation of ongoing work to overcome the generational misunderstanding.  Dr Simone Tomaz, University of Sitrling and Alison Clyde, Generations Working Together facilitated the session and were joined by Laura Taylor from Active Stirling, Susan Egersdorff from Ready Generations, Carolina Campos from University of Granada and Anne Munro from Pilmeny Development Project.

Day 4: Let's Celebrate Intergenerational Spaces and Communities

  • Lives Well Lived Q&A  Sky Bergman joined Alison Clyde from Generations Working Together to talk about her film, Lives Well Lived and the project it inspired, then questions from the audience.

Day 6: Solidarity Between Generations

  • Semana Intergeneracional Internacional 2024 #GIW24 - Encuentro México, Chile, Uruguay, España Join our Spanish-speaking Country Leads to learn from projects taking place in Spain, Mexico, Uruguay and Chile

  • Eisner Prize Fellowship Showcase and Info Session On April 29, 2024, The Eisner Foundation showcased the work of the 2023-24 Eisner Prize Fellows, and provided an overview of the application process for the next cohort of Fellows. More information here.

Day 7: Let's Build Intergenerational Workplaces

  • This discussion on The benefits of applying an intergenerational approach to the workplace was facilitated by Alison Clyde with presentations from Amarci Alboher and Duncan Magidson from CoGenerate, Ruth Shah from Bayer, Vivek Lyyani from Millenial Minds and Lorraine Geroge from Generations Working Together and explored the benefits which come from building intergenerational workplaces.

  • The importance of intergenerational learning: Putting knowledge into practice webinar explained the different types of training currently available through the leading intergenerational organisations, AHN Education and Training, Generations Working Together and Linking Generations NI and provided the opportunity to hear from people who have participated in them.
