Networks
GWT faciliate 18 local networks, 3 thematic and an international network which are designed to create opportunities for individuals, groups and organisations from all sectors to increase knowledge and understanding in the field of intergenerational practice. Each network (except for the international network) meets 2-4 times each year providing opportunities for people to:
- share expertise and knowledge
- form new partnerships
- improve practice
- access training
- access resources and toolkits.
During 2021, as life becomes more normal, instead of face to face network meetings GWT will be hosting a series of thematic online meetings discussing a variety of topics. Please be rest assured however that our local network meetings will return when it is safe to do so, in the meantime please join in on our conversations to explore some new and familiar themes for intergenerational working. We shall be inviting new organisations to join our conversation and share their experiences and resources.
International members and network members from across Scotland are welcome to join in on any of the network meetings which are free to attend.
