Bridging the divide: promoting intergenerational digital inclusion

Come and join us, we’ll be speaking to a panel of sector-leaders who have developed a range of projects that focus on bringing different generations together to learn digital skills.

With COVID being an obstacle to physical interactions, the ways we work, consume, and communicate have also had to change. As we adjust and adapt, those who are less digitally literate, including many older adults, have been forced to play catch up. How might different generations play a role in improving digital literacy during this shift? How might we facilitate age inclusiveness in a digital era?

Let’s find out together!

Overall aim
All our guest speakers have experience in developing intergenerational digital projects, and will share their experiences and learning in this field. Delegates will gain a new appreciation for the benefits of intergenerational work, deepen their understanding of the value of promoting digital inclusion between generations, and make new connections across the sector in Scotland
