National Numeracy Day 2018
National Numeracy Day is run by the UK charity, National Numeracy. The 16th of May 2018 is the first day of its kind and it’s aim is to highlight the role of numeracy in our lives and the benefit of improving our numeracy skills in education and the workplace. The charity wants to help make people feel confident and recognise the value and presence of numbers in everyday life, challenging the negative perceptions that often come with numbers.
