Policy and Campaign Officer (21 hours per week)
This is an exciting opportunity to join Generations Working Together, Scotland's national centre of excellence for intergenerational practice. We are looking for a passionate and proactive Policy and Campaign Officer to help influence policy, shape public debate, and champion the value of intergenerational connections across Scotland.
Working closely with the team, you will build relationships with politicians, policymakers, local authorities and key stakeholders, develop evidence-based policy responses, and help strengthen recognition of intergenerational practice at local and national level. You will also lead the planning and delivery of Global Intergenerational Week, coordinating partners from more than 15 countries to deliver one of the world's largest awareness-raising campaigns celebrating connections between generations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an interest in public policy and social change, and a commitment to tackling ageism and promoting stronger, more connected communities.

Salary: £27,214 - £29,130 pro rata (dependent on experience)
Hours: 21 hours per week
Location: Hybrid working with office base in Glasgow
