We’re excited to announce that sign-ups for Country Leads for Global Intergenerational Week (GIW) 2026 are now open! Each year, GIW brings together countries from across the world to celebrate and promote connections between generations. In 2025, 17 countries participated across six continents, sharing inspiring stories and innovative intergenerational projects.
Becoming a Country Lead is a fantastic opportunity to:

- Connect with inspiring leaders and organisations from around the globe.
- Co-host events, webinars, and campaigns that highlight the power of intergenerational connections.
- Showcase your country’s stories and impact on an international stage
