The Women's Fund for Scotland
The Women’s fund for Scotland was established in 2002 and has since distributed almost £2million in grants to over 700 Scottish community groups and local charities run by or for women.
Groups in Scotland can now apply for funding of between £500 and £5,000 for projects that support women’s development, self-sufficiency and social and economic equality.
The fund is aimed at projects across Scotland that address the following themes:
- building skills and confidence;
- improving health and well-being;
- building social networks;
- moving on from violence.
The closing date for applications is 4pm on the 6th January 2017.
