Glasgow and East Dunbartsonshire Network with Food for Life Get Togethers

Hi I’m Ruairidh! I’m the Policy Officer at Generations Working together and am looking forward to meeting you all at the next Glasgow and East Dunbartonshire Network event.

This will be my first network event as I only recently started in my position. Our theme for the event is connecting generations through food, which my colleague Bella and I will deliver.

This session will concentrate on intergenerational work and food looking at the Soil Associations Food for Life Get Togethers and showing examples of intergenerational practice around growing, cooking and sharing food. We will have some snacks to prepare and have a chat about food and how it is a good way of bringing people together to share time and conversation.
