See Me - Mental Health Project Funding
See Me provides an annual grant programme which allows projects and groups to apply for funds where the people who benefit are those with mental health problems, carers and vulnerable groups.
Community Innovation Funds provide funding to organisations for year-long projects which tackle stigma and discrimination across Scotland. The projects are delivered through partnerships called change networks, which are groups made up of those who had the initial idea and relevant organisations or individuals who can help deliver it. In 2014, £118,667 was awarded to 6 change networks.
Local grants provide up to £4000 of funding to organisations for six month projects which tackle stigma and discrimination in specific communities.
The projects are led by people with lived experience and aim to fit with See Me’s goals to end discrimination in workplaces, in health and social care and with children and young people. In 2014, £63,840 was awarded to 18 projects.
