Bella is our Intergenerational Development Officer working across Scotland linking with our networks. She is currently leading on our newly funded project from the Community Knowledge Fund in participatory community based research to form a framework to test how intergenerational relationships can build community cohesion.

Christophe oversees Communications and Digital Marketing. He collaborates closely with our Intergenerational Development Officers to effectively showcase the work of our projects through various channels and publications.

Donna is our part time, (Tues & Thurs), Intergenerational, (IG), Development Officer, who works within Bertha Park Secondary School, Perth. Donna work’s closely with the school and the wider local community recruiting and training older people to support pupils identified by the school to develop skills in literacy and numeracy. Other projects are considered, which help to build pupil confidence and self-esteem, leadership and communication skills.

Lorraine is our Learning & Development Officer. She is responsible for the development, facilitation and evaluation of GWT’s learning and development programme and for building professional intergenerational learning networks across Scotland.

We are excited to announce the commencement of a new National Lottery funded project in partnership with Linking Generations Northern Ireland and Apples and Honey Nightingale (London) which began on Monday 30th January 2023. Louisa is one of four new staff to take part in this new initiative working from Monday – Friday.

Ruairidh is our Policy Officer, in charge of influencing the policy and practices of key decision makers and stakeholders, developing impactful responses to consultations and compiling research and practice evidence, all of which will support the development of intergenerational work across Scotland.

He works Part-Time, from Tuesday to Thursday.
