Caithness Intergenerational Network Session Wick

Tuesday 11th June 2024, 10:30am - 12:30pm
Pulteney Centre, Huddart St, Wick KW1 5BA

We are excited to be meeting in Caithness area of WICK in June 2024 . We have several visits in the planning and look forward to hearing from practitioners and people interested in Intergenerational work in their community. We are keen to hear from everyone whether that is youth groups, older people’s groups, all age groups. Its all about connecting in our community and using an intergenerational lens to explore ideas.

We are hosting an Intergenerational Workshop for community groups and members to come along and spend a morning learning about intergenerational work and thinking about their community and how they can apply an intergenerational approach. We are inviting anyone to come along and take part. The spaces are limited to 30 so please book your space and encourage others to join too.

It will be a fun and interactive session talking about 2 hours exploring:

  • Ageism and Stereotypes
  • Community Connections

After the session you will get an opportunity to network and to find out more about the days training being delivered the next day.

Bella Kerr, Intergenerational development Officer is looking forward to seeing you.
