Developing Resources for Age-friendly Communities (AfCs) free seminar in Edinburgh.

The resourcing seminar will focus on several key issues/questions including:

  • Are there national sources of funding for AfC specific activity available in Scotland?
  • What lessons can be learned from other nations across the UK in terms of resourcing AfCs?
  • Who are the key partners at local level needed to progress and resource your AfC?
  • What sources of funding are currently being used at local level in Scotland to progress age-friendly services/initiatives/projects?
  • What are the key local strategies and plans that AfCs need to align with to make best use of resources?
