Introduces the Framework for Intergenerational Fairness Policy Assessment and how to use the assessment tool on an example policy.

The Framework for Intergenerational Fairness Policy Assessment was developed by the School of International Futures (SOIF) and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. The Framework helps assess the impact of public policies on present and future generations and make decisions better informed by the long-term.

It can be used by national and local government, business, investors, universities, think-tanks, media and civil society (third sector and charities).

This three-hour class will:
● provide a detailed walkthrough of the policy assessment methodology
● help you practice using the tool on an example policy
